Yesterday Gully and I worked on a few things
1) round penning - the purpose of this lesson is to be able to touch him all over and pick his feat up with movement. During the session he kicked out at me which I corrected.
he gets frusterated at times and confused I think
2) leading - we worked on leading and walking shoulder beside me - I dont like it when horses walk behind me its dangerouse if they bult forward its you they will bolt into. this also seems to confuse him.
by the time I brought him back to his pen though he seemed to almost have the concept of walking beside me under control.
